  • Heated Stone Massage:

This compelling massage requires smooth, heated cobblestones that are placed on your back. This will not only relieve any aches and pains you may have, but it allows the massage therapist to use special therapeutic techniques. This is a longer massage which should last between 80 to 110 minutes.  Because of the stones warmth, the massage therapist does not have to use too much pressure while massaging other parts of the body or massaging parts of your body with the stones.       

  • Thai Massage:

Thai massages are the most unique out of the bunch because it requires a lot more movement from the recipient. You are required to wear loose and comfortable clothing that you can move around in, then letting the massage therapist guide you into different yoga-like positions. These positions help let the masseuse apply pressure to different areas of the body, reducing stress, improving range of motion, and increasing flexibility.
